Annesley Williams Ltd. in Co Dublin has been named Škoda Dealer Of The Year for 2023.

In addition to the overall award, Annesley Williams also swept home with category awards for; Best Aftersales Dealer, Best Sales Dealer, and Best Marketing Dealer 2023.

Founded in 1946, Annesley Williams is located at Cloghran, near Dublin Airport.

It was appointed as a main Škoda dealer in 2007 and has been fundamental to the growth of the Škoda brand in Dublin.

Under the leadership of Jeff Williams and Cian Bennis, Annesley Williams recently invested in a new service facility to cater for its growing customer base.

Cian Bennis, dealer principal commented: “We are delighted to have been awarded Škoda Dealer of the Year, 2023. This award could not have been won without the commitment of the entire team at Annesley Williams.

“I would like to give credit to the unseen team in finance and administration, our aftersales team, including our technicians, valetors and apprentices who work hard to prepare and maintain our customers’ vehicles. Receipt of this award is confirmation of the high customer standards we have implemented at Annesley Williams.

The annual Škoda Dealer Of The Year is awarded based on a selection of criteria, including: customer satisfaction and mystery shopping surveys in sales and aftersales, annual audit ISO 9001 accreditation, and commercial key performance indicator achievements.
