"In early Spring 2026 ordered a car from Annsley Willams.I dealt with Oisin Bennis The car arrived the last days of April. On the 28th of Aprial I was diagnosed with a serious illness and was not allowed drive for a number of months.I made Oisin aware of the circumstances. I was told not to worry about the car that my health was more important that rhe car and the car would be waiting for me if and when I was ready and if I didnt want it wasnt an issue .This took all the stress of that situation away which was important. At no stage did they contact me wondering when was I going to pick up the car. In early July I was able to pick my new car which is beautiful. The whole experience has been wonderful Oisin has been brillant from start to finish. From having been in the showroom a number of times there is just a lovely vibe from all the staff.The way I was treated by Annsley Willams was super professional and understanding of my circumstances.
